Spreading the word of Jiu Jitsu, legit Martial arts and GRIT.

I, @opapairenato , have been practicing judo and jiu jitsu for over 33 years.
Now, Wrestling Muay Thai and Boxing I have started late and still 23 years ago. As well all our instructors, students and friends have the same habit like @nathanbasseto @alexgomezsjj @ruelp @pakkun723 @b.vega24

Those martial arts are great and legit to teach GRIT:

G – Goals
R – Resilience
I – Integrity
T – Teamwork

To my knowledge many countries offer/require kids to practice either Judo (Japan), Jiu Jitsu (U.A.E.) @palmssportsuae and Wrestling (USA).

Unfortunately not all the schools or Authorities understand the importance of legit martial arts to teach our youth hard work ethics, self efficacy, Grit and physical literacy.

So a huge shout out to @fcschool for understanding the importance
of all those values and benefits a legit martial arts can provide.

And what is a legit martial art?  Well, This is another discussion but to keep it simple is a martial art that kids are required to have hands on and nothing is fake or pretend. Kids everyday win or lose and they understand that it is life.

Many researches and articles including Forbes says that former wrestlers are very successful in business because of the hardship embraced during practice. @usawrestling @unitedworldwrestling

Same to Japan and Judo where big companies prefer to hire former judokas. @ijfjudo @usajudoofficial
