Sampa is big enough to keep u learning and changing but small enough to be friendly, inviting and oh so challenging. If you want to work out and never be bored, u got to join a bootcamp session. 7th annual Jiu Jitsu camp and instructor empowerment course

We are pleased to announce our 7th annual Jiu Jitsu camp and instructor empowerment course at Sampa Brazilian Jiu Jitsu headquarters. The course will start from September 21st to September 28th and will consist of 6-8 hours (daily) of Jiu Jitsu training and instruction.

The course is open to all students and instructors from all clubs, gyms, and academies. The idea of the course is to give all the attendees the capability to understand the fundamentals curriculum and the proper code of conduct when teaching a class.
