Most of our coaches came from a grappling background and when focused on mixed martial arts they had to learn and be exposed to striking programs such as boxing and kickboxing.
Our boxing program has all the tools for a student to learn this amazing art, but we are not focused on the competitive aspect. We are focused on the preventive aspect. We want to prevent physical and mental sickness throughout boxing.
