So, what is a self-defense class? Well, such a thing does not exist! Anything and everything is self-defense, including running. But most people cannot even run!
In our self-defense classes, you will learn techniques from Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Boxing, Kickboxing, and Krav Maga, our head coach was for many years a faculty member of CSULB teaching self-defense and through thousands of young adults how to avoid trouble.
Our coaches have experience in many forms of self-defense (even training KRAV MAGA in Israel) and can show you techniques that can not only help you save your life but to recognize a problem, avoid confrontation, and be more aware of your surroundings.
Oh! We can’t forget that you will also be able to learn the forgotten and old Jiu-Jitsu techniques.
Before Jiu-Jitsu became this popular sport of today’s date, many people used to learn jiu-jitsu as a self-defense form, those techniques are no longer taught in many gyms because people find that the sport format is more fun, But not here!
